UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO RESIDENCY

In Fall 2025, Marco Pavé served as Artist-in-Residence at the University of Colorado Boulder’s American Music Research Center and the Center for African & African American Studies (CAAAS), where he brought his artistry, cultural insight, and creative vision to the university community. During the residency, Marco taught classes, led workshops, and engaged students and audiences in deep discussions about music, culture, and artistic practice—blending performance with scholarship and community dialogue. His residency included a public guest recital featuring selections from his body of work, an intimate performance that traced his evolution as an artist and expanded traditional notions of hip-hop performance in academic spaces.
